健身小分享,希望可以幫到大家,注意每人身體狀況不一樣,柔軟度和肌肉感受都不同,運動時除了注意安全,盡量去感覺正在用那一群肌肉,比如這集是練臀部的,就應避免錯用過多力在腰或手等位置,專注臀大肌和臀中肌的訓練會更有成效。
